Mr Mark Singh is a very very nice Doctor,he is very polite. He listens to your questions . He explains things making it clear and simple to understand example (medical procedures ect) He made my husband and me feel at ease and explained what the problem was and how he was going to treat it. He has just carried out an operation on my husband's head. Did a brilliant job with his great team. Would highly recommend this doctor.

Mr sing was the first to tell me I had cancer and I was totally confident in him from start to finish. I never once felt that I was not cared for 100% before and after the operation. I was shown kindness and understanding from the whole team. The reviews have been exactly the same even in this terrible situation we are all in. The reviews start on time and get individual attention with helpful solutions to any little problem I have. I cannot in all honesty say how things can be done any better to me treatment and care is perfect. Thank you.

From the initial consultation Mark was incredibly down to earth and helpful explaining the issues around Parotid surgery. His approach was very much from an honest friend talking about the potential procedure with the risks and benefits. Due to COVID my original operation was postponed in April 2020 and then reorganised for what turned out to be three dates in December with the operation taking place just before Christmas. With the stress of the situation he was able to put me at ease and the operation was a total success. Less than seven weeks later I have been discharged as the scar has healed so well. I am absolutely thrilled with the way that Mr Singh handled the whole process and for the skills and kindness of the team during a very stressful time for everyone.

In August 2020 I was fortunate enough to have a consultation with the Head and Neck Surgical Team, Oral & Maxillofacial Department at Bristol Dental Hospital, BRI, which included Mr Mark Singh. They all clearly explained what the surgery would entail and spent a great deal of time with me. I was totally overwhelmed at the expert attention and treatment I received that day and it continued from then onwards. After surgery performed by other members of the team, I had a follow up meeting with Mr Mark Singh in September 2020 where he showed me the path lab results of samples taken and discussed them with me. I agreed to pursue more surgery and Mr Singh set the process in motion immediately. A further appointment was made for November and Mr Singh performed the operation himself aided by surgeon Mr Peter Glen. Mr Singh greeted me on arrival at the operating theatre. After the operation, Mr Glen visited me shortly after I arrived on the ward and updated me with progress. The following morning Mr Singh came to see me and also updated me on what he and Mr Glen had performed. In January 2021, I had a Follow-up meeting with Mr Glen and Mr Singh. They read the printed notes I had provided and carried out a thorough investigation of their surgery and provided me with clear and detailed information of progress and plans for continued monitoring. I am grateful to Mr Mark Singh, Mr Peter Glen, Mr Ceri Hughes and Ms Jacqueline Cox, the other surgeons at the BRI, for their expert, first class, treatment. They were all friendly, approachable, competent, and caring and dedicated to their work.
